In 1983 Paul Sullivan Goldsmith was created when Paul left school to practice as a goldsmith. Grown from an at home workshop space, Paul’s work has been long established as a central part of Waterford’s creative culture.
A family business, we are run by siblings Paul and Laura. Experts in goldsmithing, platinumsmithing, and gemology, Paul Sullivan Goldsmith produces elegant pieces of jewellery for all occasions. We also delight in providing bespoke services; working with our clients one to one to create that special piece of jewellery. We specialise in GIA and IGI certified diamonds.
Locally sourced and handmade in Ireland, our pieces are not just beautiful. Each of our collections focuses on a purpose. We believe jewellery is functional, and does not have to be a singularly visual construct. Jewellery should tell a story.
We are committed to sustainability, and all of our pieces are made with responsibly sourced platinum, 9ct or 18ct gold, and 925 sterling silver.

Every Paul Sullivan Goldsmith piece has a history — from the workshop bench, to the life of the wearer. We design each of our collections with the intention of creating pieces that can be passed down through generations, with minimal waste and minimal carbon footprint. We specialise in reworking and repurposing family heirlooms so that the story can continue.
